2023-12-17 13:46:08 +0000 UTCSo, the main cast so far seems to be Harry, Amelia, Alastor & Tom (restaurant manager). I feel like Harry needs a friend, maybe an OC, to add a bit extra. After Greyback and assuming he declines the DADA job, maybe you could write OG hit wizard adventures too and possibly for Harry to duel Cassiopeia. Anyway, thank you for the chapter Mr McCusker and I look forward to next one.

2023-12-15 19:04:22 +0000 UTCNot really a fan of the "I'm going to stay out of it!" plot as it is written right now - it has passed the realms of Harry deluding himself and is honestly entering pure idiocy territory at this point, and Harry is certainly no idiot. That's really my only real complaint with the story thus far though; and the overall vibe is very different from your usual work, in a good/refreshing way.

Wants to stay out of it, but then puts himself in a place he is guaranteed to run across death eaters. Which would work I suppose, if he could let any level of injustice go by. If he really didn’t want to run across Dumbledore and Voldemort, he would not have stayed in the UK.

2023-12-14 16:38:29 +0000 UTCGreat chapter. Harry is very much in the mode of ‘I don’t want to get involved.’ And then he gets involved, despite his protestations. Poor Harry, Dumbledore is beginning to stick his long nose into his business. Amelia appears to be suffering from a case of jealousy when considering Harry/Jenny, even if she doesn’t realize it.
