It definitely does feel like either Harry’ll bump into the love interest by chapter two and never look at another woman or it’ll be like seven will they/won’t they’s til the last three chapters

2023-09-24 13:16:06 +0000 UTCDoing things differently in this story, in terms of not having a default romance option, and keeping options open for Gabrielle, Isabella, and even Daphne to some extent is very refreshing. Also, I am hoping some crafty Dumbledore can be seen in a duel, Azkaban Dumbledore went down too easily, with home turf though, I would hope we don't just see another 'Dumbledore had to die before the war ended' repeat...although if you can make the scene meaty enough, it could be interesting

2023-09-22 21:33:00 +0000 UTCThe way the story is going I doubt that there's going to be enough time on romance, without it being shoehorned in. I feel like there's going to be a surprise in the epilogue. I do feel sorry for Gabrielle, cause it seemed like they shared a connection. The chapter overall was a great read, especially the Voldy POVs, and - I can't believe I've said this - but I hope Snape recovers. Anyway, thank you for the chapter Mr McCusker and I look forward to the next one.
