TRDLoL: Ch.32: Eve’s First Experience With Leveling Up.

Back in the night streets of Ars, before Chase's soul followed after the Goddess of Light, Sera. Eve was floating around the outer perimeter of the village, keeping guard while everyone else slept in the chapel. The Grimoire was floating around, checking the area. She was humming a tune to herself, bored and a little irritated.

'I can't believe my Master isn't ravaging all those women! I mean, what's the point of waiting?!... If only he would act like my previous—'

Eve stopped her thoughts as she recalled some old, fragmented memories of her previous masters and the way they used her. Chase wasn't like the other demon lords, who were all power-hungry and ruthless, willing to sacrifice everything to gain more strength, slaves, and territory. All Chase did was show his kindness, compassion, and even love for the ones around him. His ambitions seemed to be helping the girls and his followers become stronger.

Reflecting on it made her spine shiver, and she wasn't sure if it was from fear or pleasure.

"What a strange Demon Lord... W-Whatever! As long as he tells me what love is, I'm going to be okay. Yeah! And if I help him, I'll find out more about what love is, too. I-It's not like I want him to kiss me or anything!"

The little Grimoire's cover turned red and started fluttering around. "I-I don't understand what's happening to me. Why do I ever care about him so much?! What is this feeling in my gem!? Eve shook her head and continued patrolling the village's perimeter. She ignored these new foreign feelings and dismissed them as something she could handle. She wasn't going to let this feeling get the better of her.

"I'm his servant. That's it. There's nothing else to this."

The little book didn't know how wrong she was when, out of nowhere, a pulse of Love Points entered her gem. She nearly passed out from the sudden influx of energy.

Another surge of energy hit her. Her body trembled, and her voice shook with excitement and arousal. "W-What is happening to me, and why does this feel so good?!"

Another pulse of energy filled her.

A fourth pulse sent a wave of pleasure through her, and the little book was seeing white. She didn't realize that her master was collecting Divinity Points from Sera. Through all of Eve's past masters, none of them ever managed to collect Divinity before.

'I-I can't think! O-Oh, Darkness! This is too much! I'm gonna pass out!'

Her thoughts were interrupted when the fifth and final pulse came. Her mind went blank.

'D-Darkness, help me!'

Eve couldn't handle the overwhelming sensation. Her body glowed brightly as a bunch of skills started unlocking.
