Maybe the band-aid and skin color were too similar and it was mistaken for full frontal nudity... Sounds like X isn't very friendly to sensational or sexy posts nowadays... I don't know if this includes the artist or if it's restricted to photos of real people onlyㅠ ̫ㅠ
