Yes! I would say if you wanna just skip 3 & 4 that is Totally Fine! Watch Prometheus (2012) Alien Covenant (2017) & Alien Romulus (2024) are the most recent ones! You will LOVE THEM!

I will just say that #3 is very controversial in the fandom. It’s not regarded as a favorite, but it kinda plays into what happened in #4. The two most recent before Alien Romulus : are called Prometheus & Alien Covenant are damn good & feature Michael Fassbender , so I hope you get to watch those. Even if you don’t do them for the channel.
