It marks the era of my first digital SLR camera, the NIKON D80. I had a rented apartment converted into a photo studio, equipped with professional photography gear and accessories acquired for the first commissioned photo sessions. Playing with light and other experiments consumed all my time. I didn't leave the studio. Spring and outdoor shoots would come later.
My favorite lens, the NIKKOR 85.0 mm f/1.4, had not been purchased yet. The shoot was done with the kit lens, NIKKOR 18.0-135.0 mm f/3.5-5.6. Everything was still ahead.
This photo has never been published anywhere. I don't even know why. A couple of shots from this session were shared on various internet platforms, but they were different photos. I admit it was a mistake. I should have showcased this photo. However, in those times, my taste and preferences were more diverse and undemanding.
