Avoiding Duplicate Notifications

In order to avoid duplicate notifications (e-mails) on posts that have the similar content, I'm separating them by tier. Example:
• For Lower Tier Patrons Cheap Tricks is posted , it contains the message and the PLUS zips. Upper tier Patrons can't see this post because it is locked to the lower tier.
• For Upper Tier Patrons, Cheap Tricks is posted in a separated post, it contains the same message, the PLUS zips and the X Variation zips. Lower tier Patrons can't see this post as usual.
• Common updates like messages, pools and other content will be on share posts for both tiers and/or public depending on the message.
Meaning, in the end, that you all get exactly the same content as before, but upper tiers will receive less e-mail notifications.
