Page 2 of Plain Ol Wife is done! As simple as this project is, I have to say I think one of the biggest things Im learning is how to create shortcuts in how to deliver to least amount of information as possible to convey the same message as I would in full rendered images. I know Ive mentioned this before but there are some elements that I found interesting that created such shortcuts like the prominent use of screen layers to evoke a positive light source, not as just rim lighting but also as just some surface spread light which Ive done lightly on her dress, more particularly her thighs, legs, and bum area. A super minor detail but I think one that emits that information Im looking for to demonstrate a sense of her shape without stressing both worlds of cell shade and rendered.
