Added 2017-05-19 19:03:54 +0000 UTCIf Jeremy finds out, they'll just say it's XANA's doing. Got this done! Oh man just drawing this gave me the urge to rewatch the show again and i still love it. However there were many hiccups in the show that i didn't notice when i was a kid when rewatching it x) nonetheless i absolutely enjoy it still. One of the many things that i had trouble with when creating this piece was finding good photo references for their clothes from the live action outfits. a lot of insanely low res shots and ambient light altered colors so i kept self doubting myself if a color would be black or deep blue, pale pink or pure white, etc. I couldve saved myself the trouble and just watch the live action but i really didn't want to invest that time to get colors that i could probably eyeball and presume.
Another trouble that i had was blending the background with the characters. Oddly enough, a simpler background made it harder to blend for some odd reason and i couldn't really point out what the problem was. I would like to assume it's the color palette or just my painting skills in general that hindered me due to it still being quite naive and clueless. Maybe my lack of understanding of lighting as well may have played part of it. Anywho, i think that's all i could say about this piece as of now, hope you guys like! Sorry if this piece became somewhat lackluster in the end, i can't tell what it is but i wish i couldve done something a bit more.
