Mistaken

"Hey, do you know anything about Sasha and Alan? They were here less than an hour ago when I went out to buy some things, and when I came back, they were gone..."

Sophia was talking on the phone as she took off her shoes and walked over to one of the chairs in the backyard. Her sandals were in the same place she'd left them just before leaving her house. She was going to spend the afternoon in her backyard with her friends, and for no reason, they just left without saying anything. Or so she thought.

Sophia sat down and, involuntarily, played with her sandals with her feet while she continued talking on the phone, completely ignoring what was happening below her. Sasha was screaming as loud as she could, crying and jumping up and down, completely terrified of Sophia's gigantic feet. Her enormous toes were moving and stretching up and down repeatedly, while the gigantic girl was relaxed. Unlike her, Sasha was uncontrollable, filled with fear, staring at the gigantic soles of her friend, who didn't even know she was there.

"T-this can't be happening! She... S-she didn't even feel anything, and she just... C-crushed him!!!"

Sasha got down on her knees as she stared at Alan's remains stuck to Sophia's gigantic foot. The gigantic girl didn't even feel any discomfort when her foot fell directly on her tiny friend as she walked toward the chair.

Sophia involuntarily glanced down at her toes, which she was idly wiggling as she continued talking, but a small, barely moving dot caught her attention. Although she didn't think anything of it, the girl had no idea that this tiny thing was actually her friend and just thought it was a simple bug.

Without any effort or interest, Sophia moved her foot slightly forward as she dropped her big toe onto the helpless, insignificant bug. She didn't even apply pressure and just slowly moved her big toe back, leaving a red stain on the floor; her gaze was no longer on her feet.

"No, I've tried several times and no one answers my calls... I-I don't even know why they just left, that was so rude of them...!"

Sophia put her feet back on her sandals and started playing with them again, unaware that she had crushed the lives of her two tiny friends in a matter of seconds.
