Over MLK Day weekend we headed south to the Organ Pipes Cactus National Monument--one of the most surreal and unique places in Arizona. In fact, we don't think Organ Pipes cacti exist too much outside of the area. Though for a while this National Monument was deemed the most dangerous National Park in the nation, given its close proximity to the AZ/MEX border and the fact that park ranger Kris Eggles was killed chasing drug traffickers.
