PSA: XaveyP5, The guy who failed to pay me commission money for 10th month.

After almost a year of non-conclusive conversations and payment delays. I feel like action[s] need to be taken.

TLDR: XaveyP5 postponed the payment for 9 months with silence and excuse  While trying to comm other. Everyone should be careful with doing  business with him.

Given the situation and how long the time has passed (in a total of 10 months by the time I'm writing)
I have come to inform you all about the situation between me and one of  my clients named XaveyP5#1028 (UID: 255120773063114754) [Also Known as  Xavier P.] who had failed to comply with the payment order and still  owes me 425$ out of 440$ out of the commissions that I had finished back  in June 2021

To explain the situation better. Xavey had commish me arts in a total of  440$ back in June last year and upon writing an invoice to collect his  payments which he agreed to at first, But then ask me to split the  invoice and promise me to pay as soon as possible.

However, After a whole month of silence and seeing no payment coming  into my Paypal balance, I tried to reach him again about the situation,  Which he ask to postpone it again and promised that he will get the  payment.
Following almost four months of silence [which is somewhere around  November], I reach him again on the subject of payment only to hear that  he's still struggling with finding the money to pay for me. Following  another month of no communication, I press on the conversation to hear  that he wanted to 'cancel' the commission despite I already finished it,  Which was quickly rectified as I already finished the art and he agreed  to the term of payment prior to me finishing the arts.

Since then, attempts to reach him only end up in silence, with blank  promises, and excuses. Only until I had pursued enough into the  conversation, he finally gives me 5$ just before the end of the year.

Since the New Year of 2022, I reach out to him again and learn that he  is unable to provide any money to me due to personal debt citing his  words which are: phone bills and credit card debts, unfortunately,  further attempt to reach him to a conclusion about payment went nowhere  as the conversation went in a loop. Along with him claiming about his  ongoing mental issue which does hinder him from following up with the  payments plan, based on his words.

While this conversation is going on I was informed by other artists that  Xavey has tried to make more art commissions with other artists while  still owing me the rest of the payment. In which they were informed and  dealt with Xavey accordingly.

Eventually at the end of February. After many excuses and hearing out  his plan to get me the money by streaming on twitch. He did finally send  me another 10$, While I'm not sure if this was sent to me in hoping me  to back off it came clear that he still owes me 425$ left in the  commission invoice, I have to arrange monthly payment plans for him and  hoping he does follow it through as he promised. But up until today  [19th of April, by the time of writing this message], I had yet to see  the first payment of the partial monthly plan, let alone a single dime.

Due to his failure to follow up with the payment plan for 10 months. I  have to write this post to explain the whole situation. And to  warn people who may have been doing business with this person [or what  other alias he may have] to take extra caution and avoid ending up in  the same situation as me right now.

As of currently, Until he finally came up and provide the rest of money he owed me, he will be permanently banned off server until future notices.
