Hey all! (Writing schedule)

Beyond the Seraphino and The Blue House updates, I’m sure you’ve all seen an increase in extra content. After reading through my comments on my last post, where I thought maybe I should take a hiatus, I was able to find a comfortable/healthy & happy medium.

From Tuesday/Wednesday-Friday, I will likely work on extras if I’m feeling creatively burnt out. If not, I will write. If I’m doing questionnaires, it’s the perfect time for any patrons on the five or ten tier to ask questions about the books that they like. It’s a nice boost of happiness for me to feel like I am able to talk with you all on a more personal level — without feeling like I’m losing motivation, because I’m still interacting with my books. These questionnaires do get my sluggish brain a-moving, and I do find that I feel really excited after to work on my outlines for future chapters.

From Saturday until Tuesday, I will write. I have a lot more quiet-time on these days. I will be choosing books that I’m excited about in order to write quality updates. If I’m not feeling up to produce a chapter in a certain book, I will do questionnaires for it, or work in small extra scenes — AUs, etc, and move onto a book that I do have the creative energy for.

I really want to thank everyone for their input, advice, and care! I am so grateful. I feel like you all put things into perspective — and I realized I always hit a burnout when I start ignoring my mental health in favor of productivity (and unfortunately, I ironically become less productive) so I hope that you all like the small extras while I write up some chapters!

I also want to let you all know that Patreon seems to be having issues with its “like” button, and that people have brought it to my attention (wonky Patreon features — what’s new)

I love my silent patrons, but if you don’t mind continuing trying to hit the like button, or to just leave a quick heart comment to let me know that you’ve seen and enjoyed the chapter until it’s fixed, it would mean a lot to me (and let me know where the interest lies, since Patreon is being unreliable). Anyway!
