Damage/Recovery pop up update + other stuff

Heya!

I'm testing some new things with the battle system.

I noticed that when you recover TP it doesn't show a pop up for it. So I've made some changes and used new plug-ins to try to recover it and make the whole pop up thing better.

 Pop up texts now have new animations, colors and use the same font as the game does. This is still in the testing and I'm not sure if I will ship it with the other changes.

Another thing I'm testing is showing the enemy's MAX HP and current HP in the HP bar. I've been testing different enemies and trying to see if it works or not. Currently it's looking pretty nice, there are some outliers that might need changes.

I'm kind of leaning towards not showing the enemy max HP. It feels wrong and doesn't even fit in some enemies' HP bars. So, I might end up just not using that in the next build.

I like not knowing the state of the enemy when I’m fighting them. Like in Final fantasy, the only way you can determine the enemy health is by their behavior. Some moves that trigger at certain amount of health left for example. (They will not use at health above xx% like they don’t think they have to struggle)
