Thank you Alyssa for reacting to one of the top tier BLs we've experienced! -----Turn of events and puzzles being answered! -----I'm not sure if I should be confused, shocked, expected the unexpected or it could be everything all together. I have no words because this finale was beyond amazing! The storyline itself of the flashbacks, finding out the truth, the shootout, everything was great. -----With Porsche's mom being adopted, I figured that out. But I was glad the answers Porsche was looking for has been answered. I like how they gave a flashback for him to remember exactly what happened, even though those headaches are a trigger. I also love how when Porsche got the phoenix tattoo, not only does he represent it but it's inspired by his mom too so I love how that was pointed out. What got me was when Korn was explaining, he planned to fake his death because he knew stuff was gonna go down? Considering the mastermind that he is, he is always one step ahead from Gun and here goes Gun being the way that he is. More or less both the dads are lies and slanders, manipulators, you name it. I remember in the previous episode when Vegas told Porsche that his dad has a picture of Porsche's mom and then it dawned on me that he was in love with her. Also, that part where Kinn had a meeting and shot those two guys it does give Kill Bill references where Oren-Ishi (Lucy Liu) chopped the man's head off and she in quote "If y'all have anything else to say, nows the f*cking time!" and that meant watch what you say or that's your ass. -----Can we talk about how great that showdown was? That's probably one of my favorite parts throughout the whole episode if I'm being honest. Sad we lost Mr. Chan but he died with honor doing the best he can. The way how Kinn and Porsche tag teamed on that shootout gave me Mr. and Mrs. Smith vibes. It was beautiful. And props to Arm and Tankhun destroying those guys with the deadly robotic devices, I love those two! And talk about Chay all in his shooting game while Kim was killing off those guys! Poor Chay have no IDEA...what was going on lol -----So..Pete and Vegas moment was like a toxic love situation if that make sense. Well deserved for Pete to give Vegas a few punches though. If you ask me it was weird how Pete called Vegas his owner and he's his pet like...sirrrr nooo. Their "I love you" words didn't have me obvious but the actions themselves is enough that they love each other, even though they don't fit for each other well but toxic ones stick together like Joker and Harley lol. For Pete I didn't expect for him to quit but with him wanting to take care of Vegas they already know. With Vegas getting shot I thought that was it for him but he managed to get saved. It's only him and his brother Macau so I wonder what's gonna happen next since Pete is going to take care of them. -----Let me point out when Porsche's mother appeared I did not expected her to still be alive! It was messed up how they kept her hidden for so long and really sad to find out that her memory is gone when she tried to commit suicide with pills, considering one of the reasons because of what Gun did to her. And Porsche being the head of the minor family was either interesting or unexpected to me. Either way he went from Bartender, to bodyguard and Kinn's man, to head of the minor family and Kinn's King/Queen. The silver (platinum) and gold rings they have are goals. And come on, Porsche in that green he was looking good, and both Kinn and Porsche were giving me throne mafia vibes. At the end, I did teared up a bit when Porsche and Porschay went to see their mom together and perhaps the more time they'll spend with her maybe there's a chance that she'll remember her sons. It's one step at a time and all they can do is cherish the moment with her. However..the expression on her face did throw me off a bit like something doesn't feel right. What if she's pretending to not remember and is plotting for revenge? I have a bad feeling about this vibe she may have.. -----Overall, great show, top tier, great acting to everyone and I will miss this show a lot. Everyone was outstanding and it's definitely a series I would watch over and over. I wonder what Season 2 will be like because I'm pretty sure there are other families that are gonna target the main family. Either way let's hope for more to the story!
