Lawrence and his fiance Sarah, had inherited Sarah’s grandparent’s property and planned to restore it as their dream house. As they cleaned out the basement, Sarah picked up a strange jewel and vanished. Lawrence found a notebook with drawings of the jewel and an incantation. Frantic to save his love, he read the notes. Which explained that this house was a cursed circle of time.
Sarah had been transported back in time to become her own great grandmother Anna. She would be trapped in an abusive marriage with a gangster who would father eight children on her before he was killed in a gunfight. The incantation could summon Sarah back to this time, but the circle must remain closed. Whoever recited the incantation would take her place.
Lawrence hesitated for a moment talking to himself.
What kind of man would let his love suffer such a fate?
Either way, I’ll be no man at all. Better to be a brave woman than a cowardly worm!
He recited the incantation, and was suddenly staggered by the strange sensations of her new body. A large man with a wicked lear was walking toward her. Time to close the circle.
