Time Asserts itself

On my first trip into the past, I wanted to see the world before the great War. I journeyed the original Orient Express and experienced the delights of a pre-War Europe. Unbeknownst to me, by leaving my suitcase for him to trip over in Paris, I delayed my great grandfather by one minute from his rendezvous with my great grandmother. Like ripples, this small change echoed down generations!
The change struck me when I returned to my own time, I was shocked to emerge from my machine into a world where I had been born as a girl. The sensations of suddenly having a feminine body were overwhelming in their oddity.
