Lifesaving MACR

A year ago, she had been a middle aged man named Jason reeling from the news that he had cancer in his jaw. The surgeries to save him left him unable to speak and physically disfigured, worse, they failed to stop the cancer which had infiltrated much of his body. Hideous, and voiceless, Jason saw no reason to continue treatment and prepared for death.
Then Dr. Lilith’s team reached out to him. They had a radical new treatment that would restore his voice, his face and his health. All it would cost would be his manhood.
Jason accepted and checked into the retreat. As the MACR rebuilt his body, the retreat faked Jason’s death. A few weeks later, a young woman in perfect health and a fake identity set out into the world.
Jessica was born.
