Adam had planned to propose to his girlfriend Carol last spring, but the day he went ring shopping, he was chosen for rebalance. A week later, Carol drove the new woman, Adelle “Addy” home from her transformation and broke up with her. She had no attraction to Addy, but she promised to still be her friend and help her learn to be a woman.
Over a year has passed. “Addy” and Carol did remain friends and for the most part Addy has adjusted to her new sex but not today.
Today Addy is watching Carol try on dresses for her upcoming wedding to Brad. She wants to be a good maid of honor, but she can’t help the feelings of jealousy and regret over what she had when she had been a man.
