MACR World: Mothers know best

There was only one catch. MACR would only regenerate a female body. A male treated with MACR would eventually become entirely female. For this reason, it was commonly understood that men would become a dwindling minority, soon extinct. Exactly as it’s inventor had intended.
Glen’s parents wanted Glen to be happy, healthy and they wanted to spare him the exclusion he would feel as part of a dwindling population. Everyone knew that all men would eventually have to change or die, but Glen’s parents decided to just get it over with.
When they arrived at Dr. Lilith’s MACR clinic, it took 4 nurses to drag him out of the car and into the treatment chamber.
Gwen was then enrolled in Dr. Lilith’s female socialization school with other former boys to acclimate herself to her new sex. The icy cold look from Gwen when her mothers said goodbye made it clear, she had not forgiven them.
