Through this terrifying time, Mona was lucky to have Danny at her side. When she got sick, he cared for her and to their delight, she survived. As the dust settled, they planned their wedding.
Meanwhile the government introduced MACR which could transform any man into a fully functional woman, and began the “Rebalance” program to preserve the population.
Rebalance Phase 1 gave a free transition to all transwomen in exchange for them carrying 1 pregnancy
In Rebalance Phase 2, each month, a small percentage of unmarried men would be selected for “compulsory feminization” and implantation.
Danny and Mona’s wedding was only a month away, so they were not concerned. Then Danny was selected. A devastated Mona watched as her man was led away by armed repopulation officers.
When Danni returned, smaller, weaker, female and pregnant, Mona did her best to comfort this girl who had once been the love of her life. As Danni rested her head on Mona’s chest, Mona realized she had no attraction to this person any longer, but she would do her best to treat her like a sister and help her raise the child.
