New title screen and Exploding Kittens!

I felt like doing the Exploding Kitten (Danger level: ⚠️) monster from the poll of a few months back and an "environmental" monster, which will likely be used inside the Hole, cos they wacky!
Can't wait for ⛈️thunderbolts and 💣exploding critters to annoy our self-confident Neneko!
