I am back again with a new caption, this time around a Patreon request by Jägerin110, who wanted to see a sequel to Dream Vacation Japan.

"Ugh, stupid sun" Jason groaned out the next morning as the first rays penetrated the morning sky, shining through the curtain-less windows of the suite and directly onto the poor guy's face.
He shuffled around a bit, trying his very best to go back to sleep but after minutes of futility, he decided to just get up, which he found out was not doable as something seemed to hold him down.
"What the-" Jason just hoarsely mumbled before seeing a strong arm wrapped around his stomach, making him remember what transpired yesterday, and what stuff he was made to do all night long.
And only then it also hit him how much his ass burned, how sore his throat felt, how sticky his whole body was and how his mouth was filled with a salty tangy taste that did not go away.

With disgust Jason quickly pulled back the arm that hung around his stomach, shuddering when he felt something big and hard press into his backside, before distangling himself from his bedmate.
Afterward he quickly threw on a pink bathrobe, the only article of clothes besides his ruined dress he could find, before going into the living room of the suite, contemplating on what to do.
But before he could think too much the front door opened as a busty woman in a business suit arrived.
"Ah, Miss Yuki, I see you are already awake. And by the looks of it you had quite the night!" the busty raven-haired beauty said while looking him up and down. "My name is Maya Smith, and I will be your contact person and assistant, preparing all the activities you told us you want."

"Oh, you have to h-help me, Miss! I think there is a misunder-" Jason tried to say, his hoarse throat giving him a higher throaty voice that made him sound like a woman, but was quickly interrupted.
"Well, of course I will help you, that is my job after all! You don't have to worry about a thing, we will do everything to make all your dreams come true!" Maya just cheerfully said, and before Jason knew it he was grabbed by the wrist, escorted out his room and down the elevator to the spa area.
"Here we are, at one of the most renown spas to exist in this city" Jason's guide said once they were at the lower floor, and quickly two other women appeared, wearing traditional Japanese garbs.
"These are Aiko and Yoko. They will prepare you for the day while you just relax, Miss Yuki" Maya explained, and once again Jason wanted to say something, but like last time his guide interrupted.
"Anyway, I have to take my leave now, Miss Yuki, to prepare your activities for today. I hope you enjoy your treatment" she said before hurrying off, leaving the feminized guy and 2 women alone.

"P-please" Jason said once he regained his bearing, addressing the woman standing before him. "This is all a mistake. I am a guy, I am not supposed to be here!" he told them, hoping to finally get help.
"Yes yes. We at spa" one of the women just replied with a smile in broken English. "You no worry, we do beautiful" the other added in similarly broken English before ushering him towards the bath.
Jason realized that the two were unable to understand a word he said, so with a sigh he just let himself get led to the bath, taking the opportunity to clean up until Maya returned to talk to her.
He spent nearly half an hour in the bath, simply enjoying the warmth while scrubbing away all the sweat and other fluid left over from yesterday, starting to forget all his worries and began relaxing.
After the bath Jason felt a lot calmer, and once outside he was handed a new warm towel to wrap himself up in alongside some jasmine tea before Aiko and Yoko led him towards a massage table.

There the two beauties began to massage him from head to toe, even using some hot stones on his back and legs, which, combined with the bath and tea, slowly made him fall asleep.
The woman in charge of him did not mind though, just smiling as he lulled off to sleep as they just went on with their routine, finishing the massage they were giving before moving to the rest.
"Kanojo o okoshita hō ga īdeshou ka?" Aiko asked her collague, who just shook her head. "Īe, kanojo o nekasete kudasai" Yoko replied, gently moving Jason to a chair while Aiko prepared the makeover.

The two began by grabbing a pair of pink satin panties that they pulled up his legs before grabbing a fitting bra that was just as pink and frilly and clipping it around Jason's newly acquired chest.
Afterward the woman grabbed a pink corset that they wrapped around his stomach before pulling it tight, thankfully his waist was still smushed from yesterday so they didn't need much force.
With the basics done Jason was quickly put into a frilly pink dress with floral patterns and bows before his feet were put into a pair of white high satin socks and pink 5-inch Mary Jane heels.

Once the two beauticians were happy with the outfit they continued with Jason's make-up, plastering his face in foundation before adding some blush to make his cheeks rosy.
Next they just added some mascara to his eyelashes and some pink eyeshadow to his eyelids, and once that was done they grabbed some lipgloss and painted his lips a dull pink to go with the rest.
For the final step Aiko and Yoko grabbed curling irons and put his brown wig into curls, making sure a big one fell over his shoulder, before adding a rose to his hair and a collar around his neck.
Just as the both of them stepped back to inspect their work Maya Smith returned with a look of awe.
"Kanojo to wa mō owaridesu, Smith-san" Aiko said, presenting the feminized guy to her boss.
"Kanojo wa suteki ni miemasu, yoku dekite imasu. Ima sugu gojiyūni o kaeri kudasai" Maya replied, giving the two women a smile and a bow, which they returned before leaving the room.

"I know you will just love your look, Miss Yuki" Maya said to herself as she double-checked if everything was ready for today. "Though I would have preferred you not call this a Lolity-style dress on your wishlist. This has nothing to do with Lolita, just you foreigners being ignorant...".
The raven-haired woman let out a sigh at this, never getting used to foreigners not doing any research on certain topics, but she also knew that this would probably never change during her life.
So instead she just moved on and called another associate of hers so they could carry the still sleeping Jason to the waiting car, after all it would be rude to just wake a client up when they sleep.

"Hmmm... Dam, that was a good massage" Jason let out with a jawn nearly half an hour later, finally waking up after the near heavenly treatment that put him to sleep to begin with.
"Ah, I see you are finally awake, Miss Yuki" the voice of Maya Smith sounded out, and Jason saw her sitting across from him. "Good timing on your part, we just arrived at our destination!"
Jason took a few seconds to process this, and when he did his eyes widened as he realized he was not at the hotel, but inside a limousine, and when he saw what he was wearing his mouth fell open.
"Oh, I am glad you like your look" Maya continued, mistaking his surprise and horror as astonishment, but before Jason could correct her the car door opened, letting him see he was at a park.

"Looks like it is time for the next part of your dream vacation, Miss Yuki. Just remember to have fun!" Maya just gleefully shouted as Jason was grabbed by his hand and helped out the car.
The feminized guy could only look on in shock as the car drove off before he was led into the park by a group of 3 females who were dressed much more modestly than himself at the moment.
Inside the park Jason was handed a small bouquet of pink roses before one of the girls pulled out a camera, taking multiple pictures of him, while the other two "helped" him into different poses.
"Please, I don't want to be here. Just get me back to the hotel" he whined, hoping to get out of there.
"No worry. You very pretty. Nice picture" was the only reply he got though as the woman gave him a thumbs up, making him hang his head as he once again was completely misunderstood.

The photo shoot went on and one, with Jason being put into many different poses as the slight wind that was blowing threatened to hike his skirt up and make him flash his panties every few minutes.
To make matters worse his dress and the ongoing photoshoot quickly garnered attention, and soon an embarrassed red-faced Jason found himself surrounded by people, most of them males.
"Go, go" one of the woman suddenly said, making Jason look up. "Rose, Rose" another said, motioning to the roses in his hand and to a guy that looked very interested.
Understanding what they wanted, and knowing they would not stop until he complied, Jason carefully shuffled over to one of the spectators and handed him one of the roses from his bouquet.
The receiver eagerly took the rose, sending Jason a wink after inspecting it, making the feminized guy confused until he saw a tag on the rose with a phone number, his hotel and room number.
In shock he looked at the rest of the roses, all having a similar tag, and when he looked back to his group he saw dozens of those bouquets and the woman just motioning him to hand them all out.
