Hi everyone!

Work on the new version of Tame It Too! is in full swing, and we’ve made significant progress on the new location, which is currently one of our top priorities.

The Valley

We’ve made a draft 3D blocking and divided the territory you’ll explore in the next chapter into active zones. These zones will have unique attributes that will be important to consider when constructing buildings. Some areas can be cleared quickly without extra tools, letting you start construction of your first house right away. Others will be perfect for setting up a farm, while some will require new tools to remove obstacles.

As we’ve mentioned before, the valley is packed with interesting places and objects. It was once home to an ancient settlement, so besides forests, fields, and rivers, you’ll find ruins in various states of decay. We’re already deep into creating the 3D assets that will bring these ruins to life. 

Construction Mechanics Progress

The big strides were made in building mechanics. We’ve tested the possibility of building houses in several floors and the dependence of the storey on the building materials: the stronger the materials, the higher you can build!

We’ve also paid attention to ceiling height, after all, our characters come in different sizes, and some girls are much taller than Lee. Nobody should be bumping their heads!

Hot Scenes

But we know what you’re really curious about — steamy scenes, right? 😏 Well, we’ve got some exciting news: we’ve just finished the core animations for a super hot and unique scene with Fairy. It’s unlike anything we’ve done before and we can’t wait to show you! If no major tweaks are needed, we’ll start assembling it in-engine very soon.

Tame It Too! New Demo

Besides the new version, we’ve been hard at work on the updated demo for Tame It Too! We’ve been wanting to refresh the outdated demo for a while, but first, we wanted to polish the breeding system and as you know, v0.9.0 delivered exactly that.

The new demo will be released this week on Steam and here for free. Right now, we’re running final tests and making last adjustments, so stay tuned!

Poll Results

Oh, and in the coming days, we’ll share the results of last week’s dark story twists poll. We’ll discuss the top three choices and how they’ll shape the game’s future plot.
