It's crazy how negative experiences always seem to stick with you more than the good ones. Like this one time, after an awful flight back from Berlin with oversized luggage (a large Sunbounce reflector), I arrived at Frankfurt's train station only to find the ticket machine broken - just as my train was pulling in. I hopped aboard and, well, you can guess what happened next. Right on cue, a stern ticket inspector made a beeline for me, and I ended up paying a €60 fine. It was the first and only time I'd ever ridden without a ticket, and only because the machine was broken!
But enough of these gloomy thoughts - let's get back to the photos. I was completely taken with this model and had dreamed up a minimalist styling: red stockings. When I couldn't find any in stores, I simply took matters into my own hands and cut the legs off a pair of red tights. Voilà.
