Hello my Sweethearts!
Happy to comeback with another update.
We finished post processing works for the photo just this morning, before going to bed. Technically it might change a little the more we'll work on the project, because even so we consider photo to be finished, there is always room for improvement.
For example your first finished image might differ in tone and feel from the last finished one. It happen along the way, and that's why we spent extra two days just to adjust all images on certain "standard". That's why it is also important to look back at what you've done and decide what to change.
The most visible one might be color grading. Slight change in color can't be hidden from human eye and might left the viewer confused. Especially within one art project.
To be honest, even so we have certain preplanned plan and view on each project, we tend to make our photos appear "emotionally dark" on the set. Longer the photoshoot goes, more dramatic and noir-ish it gets.
You can compare all three images, I already shared with you, between each other and see this tendency. More use of hard light and experiments with shadows. )
At the end of the day it creates more work on post production in order to make everything "even" like in the plan. )
Interesting fact. This pose turned out the most stable one for the model. Or maybe the reason was us fixing chandelier with everything we had to make it less shaky. And I'm happy we managed to get this shot. Because pose turned out very "hot" in my taste. )
What do you think? Do you like what you see?
Please rest well on upcoming weekend.
Have a great day and may your mental health be strong!
P.S.: Next post will contain very exciting news. To make everything more dramatic, I won't share any hints. Ok, maybe one. Remember I talked a lot about certain inconveniences, that were dragging for lats 1,5 month? Well, we managed to solve them and I finally can share results of our hard work with you. )
