Added 2017-12-01 18:50:53 +0000 UTCPatreon have confirmed they are processing the pledges. Shouldn't be long before this is complete and the set will be sent out.
Patreon is (slowly) providing creators an "upfront" payment option, which would make this easier and faster. It's in BETA though and this Patreon didn't get to test.
