I think it would be super interesting to see how *Kiruko (confusing naming lol) would react to being male again while Maru gets to be the girl he likes for awhile.

I'll air on the side of caution and go for a new idea. I vote for a Wiz and Aqua Body swap from Konosuba. Wiz would fine it fun but strange to be in a of a living god, while Aqua would be freaking about being in an undead body. If that's not lewd enough, then maybe have their bodies stolen by some punks/monster and both freak out about it.
