November's Poll

I'll make another poll for deciding if I should make side panels instead of variants, as this might allow for a better view of the action.
Losing couples will go up for voting again, you can suggest other couples for the next poll at any time.
EDIT: Fifth option is actually Makoto x Mai Natsume
EDIT 2: Juri would be bottom and Posion would do the penetration on the last option.
