[MAR]Character suggestion (3月人物提名)

I'll try my best to protect the right to vote and prioritize the drawing of the voting characters.

上個月，我依然在處理剩下的事情。
只是現在有空閒時間的話，我盡量會陪伴家人。
我盡力加強速度到以前的狀態，2月獎勵，我想依然會延遲發送，時間也許會抓到3月14號之前，到時請見諒。

Special Tier can recommend up to 5 characters,

I'll choose 5 of my own characters, and then I'll choose an average of 15, for a total of 20 characters to vote for.
If a character is not chosen, I will add them to next month's poll first.
Suggestion will close in 7th.
