Random lottery system implemented this month

1. Characters must have "more than 5 votes" to join the lottery pool.

2. Characters with a high number of votes will continue to appear next month. In addition, they can be screened into the animation character voting pool in the future.

3. Before the voting ends, the voting characters that appear inside may be completed ahead of schedule.

4. If there are less than 5 votes for the characters in the current month, please suspend repeated proposals next month, so that other characters have the opportunity to join, and you are welcome to continue to propose after the next month.

本月實施隨機抽籤制度

1.角色必須"5票以上"才會加入抽籤池內。

2.投票量高的角色，下個月會繼續出現，此外，未來能篩選進動畫角色投票池。

3.在投票結束之前，有機會提前完成出現在裡面的投票角色。

4.如果當月投票人物少於5票，下個月請暫停重複提議，讓其他角色有機會加入，隔月後歡迎繼續提議。

Compared to other ways of not seeing the process, I chose the simple and easy-to-understand roulette.

On the one hand, each character is clearly marked, and on the other hand, the process can be seen.

Although the roulette program belongs to the public website, in order to avoid deviations, I will turn it 3 times in a row and finally decide the role.

相較其他看不到過程的抽取方式，我選擇了簡單且易懂的輪盤。

一方面清楚標示每位角色在當中，另一方面能看到過程。

雖然輪盤程式屬於公共網頁上的，為了避免出現偏差，因此我會連續轉3次，最後決定角色。
