Time until April 30

Originally expected to vote earlier so that I could finish in April, but this time it was delayed due to some circumstances.

Voting currently allows people above Tier 3 to vote.

Unlimited number of votes, characters can be selected repeatedly

This time, it will be applied to characters who must have "more than 5 votes" to join the random draw.

If it is a character with a high number of votes, I will also filter it into the animation vote next time.

If it is less than 5 votes, it will not appear again next time.

Most of the role selection is based on the historical voting volume and appearance rate for screening.

Because of past illustration votes, characters from the same series have had a fairly high number of votes.

For example: genshin impact, girls frontline, azur lane

I will first limit the characters of the same series to 2~3 characters. If the average number of character votes for the same series is high this time, an additional position will be considered next time.

原本預計要更早點投票，讓我可以4月時完成，這次因為一些狀況耽誤。

投票目前先讓Tier3以上的人投票，不限投票次數，人物可以重複選擇

這次會套用到角色必須"5票以上"才會加入隨機抽籤。

投票量高的角色，下一次我還會篩選加入動畫投票內。

如果5票以下，下次就不會再出現。

角色選擇大部分是參考歷史的投票量與出現率，進行篩選。

因為過往的插圖投票，相同系列的角色票數都相當高。

譬如：genshin impact、girls frontline、azur lane

我先將相同系列的角色目前限制出現2~3位。如果這次投票相同系列的角色投票平均數量都相當高的話，下次會考慮增加位置。

相較其他看不到過程的抽取方式，我選擇了簡單且易懂的輪盤。

一方面清楚標示每位角色在當中，另一方面能看到過程。

雖然輪盤程式屬於公共網頁上的，為了避免出現偏差，因此我會連續轉3次，最後決定角色。
