From my 32nd shoot in 2024, on Vancouver Island.

I'd actually spotted Rhi's Instagram way back in 2014 or so, when I first moved to Vancouver. We'd been in touch back then about shooting, but because she was on the island we never found time to set up a shoot in Vancouver. I noticed that she started posting some recent modelling photos to her Instagram, so got back in touch in 2024, and because I planned to visit Vancouver Island anyway, we finally arranged this long-overdue shoot!

I was incredibly incredibly blessed as a result! Not only did we click instantly, her wonderful personality and sweetness was so easy to get on with, and creative collaboration was effortless. She also lived in the most stunning home on the edge of cliffs with great styling and decor, plenty of natural light, and even steps down to a boathouse! I couldn't have asked for a better shoot location, with plenty of variety!

We shot for almost 5 hours, and edited 360 photos across 18 sets overall, of which this first set is just sublime - her legs in that dress just go on and on! I loved shooting with her so much that I booked a day-flight back to the island the following weekend, as it was going to be my last time in Vancouver until the following summer, and that second shoot was just as amazing as this first one. I'll be posting plenty of her photos over the coming weeks, some fashion/portraits for free members, and the rest for paid members - and will make some sets available in the new shop too.
