Christina talking about the heart not having lips is so in character... it always makes me smile. "My wedding is about you," -- such a great quote. Yeah, i agree Mark didn't have a chance to be chief. Derek is such a dick telling Mer about what happened at Joe's. I did like Adel talking to Mere, even considering everything she apologized for Ellis's death, that is pretty incredible. Even after all these years i am still not sure i like Burke's vows, but i do love everyone's reaction to them. Yeah, what Mama did was horrible. Ohh poor Bailey, and poor Christina. seasons 1-3 of Grey's anatomy is a single year, that explains how Richard is the father. Your reaction to Izzy and George was amazing. Yeah, I really don't like Derek in this ep. I really love Addie's speech to Alex I do feel a little bad for George, failing the intern exam must have been hard on him. Yep, Burke has the worse timing ever. he is such a dick. Poor Christina. i got to admit when you said 'it's alex' i was like "how do you already know her name," then i realized. (Her full name is Alexandra Grey, but she goes by Lexie not Alex)

When Derek told Meredith about flirting with the girl in the bar, I think he was trying to be hurtful. Why I don’t know, something is going on in his head but he’s not acting very Derek like. OMG, when we saw Cristina without eyebrows for first time I made same face you did. Yikes! And who said anything about Cristina becoming a Burke!, I don’t always agree with Cristina, she can be cold and I’m going to say it, uncaring at times but she is an independent soul and no way she is going to become someone else, let alone a Burke. George keeps trying with Callie but I don’t think he should, he needs to cut his losses and let her go. Trying to force it is only going to make things worse. You either feel it or you don’t. That was ruff for Bailey to not get the chief resident job but yay Callie. It was mentioned in the episode where Meredith was told not to go to the funeral that the sister Lexi was waiting in the car. Decent season, some funny stuff, some sad stuff and some crazy stuff. Let’s hope it continues this in the next season. The first year of a Doctor servers in their 5 year internship, they are called interns. After that they become residents. The remain residents until the complete the 4 years of residency and pass their board exams. They can then apply for a Fellowship to specialize further or they can to apply for a job at a hospital where they will be called an "Attending" Physician. If they go for a Fellowship, they can then apply for attending position afterwards. Derek, Burke, Addison where all Attending Physicians. Bailey was (and still is) a resident.
