Hi Shan just James *waves* somebody gave me a Gotham DVD boxset of the first series once upon a time and I still have it. Unopened. Back of the storage unit. I didn’t know this but if you look in the first few minutes of the episode a newspaper can be seen with a headline about a 'Fledermaus gallery'. As Fledermaus means bat in German - it's most likely a Batman reference. Jason is clearly intelligent but very sloppy at his ‘work’ he relied on an out of date newspaper article to find out who Jim Gordon loved. Personally i thought they pulled the trigger on Edward Nygma way too soon, they could have dragged it out longer and focused on their other spinning plates.
