Cobra Kai S03E10 - December 19 FULL REACTION

Comments

It seemed like a lot of things fell into place in this finale. Johnny and Daniel finally put their differences aside. The history with Alli was resolved. People joined forces against Cobra Kai. And now everyone is aligned against Kreese. Robby needs to get his head out of his ass siding with Kreese. I don't even see a legitimate reason why that is happening. Just something forced so they can have a strong member on the team. I did like the choice of in the air tonight at the end. I just wish they used the original version. Have I said how much I love this show? Excited for the season 4 reactions!

The scene where Johnny yells at the waiter, carry a plate of spaghetti, to be careful, " ... You think I want that all over me". Is a call back to KK1. Where Daniel see Johnny kiss Ali, and a waiter bumps into him, covering him in pasta sauce. That fight in the house was an AMAZING collection of one shots. That, I believe, is the first time in the entire franchise that Johnny ever called him Daniel.

This was a great final for the season. It's funny how Hawk switched sides just because Roby wasn't chicken at the zoo when it came to getting the snake for Kreese. It was Hawks plan for everyone to be there, and then he was mad when Roby showed up, and he was mad when he thought they left empty handed, then he was even madder when Roby got the job done himself πŸ˜‚ Roby is still my favorite character. He started the show as a bad guy in a way. What choice did he have? His father was a drunk not doing anything for him at the time, and could barely keep his own life together. His mother would leave him alone for days, and when she came back she always had a different man, coming through the house at all hours of the night thinking he's sleeping when he can clearly hear them pass. Whenever he did see his mother, and tried spending time with her, so they could have dinner or something together she brushed him off to hit another guy in a bar. So he started stealing and scamming, so he could eat instead of intending school. Then when he turns his life around, returns to school thanks to Daniel and Sam he gets kicked out on his Very First Day for trying to break up a fight, and accidently kicking someone off the freaking top of the floor for defending his girls honor, and before that for trying to keep her and Tory from fighting. Then he comes from the other side of that, and see Sam and the guy he thought he paralyzed (possibly killed) Kissing! This was why those two was fighting in the first place! I mean it's clear Sam always wanted to be with Miguel, but instead of just going out with Roby just because he was there was pretty messed up. At least that's how I see it. Now the father who finally has his life together is more focused on Miguel, because he's missing appointments with Roby to visit him, and before that Roby thought they was finally about to get in a good place when school started... Nope. The guy that Roby got to see as a father figure who gave him a job, taught him how to fight, gave him a place to live, and even helped his mother get into rehab has turned his back on Roby for a 2nd time, because Sam got drunk when Roby was only trying to help her, and told her to stop, and he turned Roby into the cops for Miguel's energies by trying to act "buddy buddy" with Roby. I understand Roby had to do the time. Hell I believe Roby understands it too. Just because you understand something though doesn't mean you have to like it. Especially when he didn't ask for the situations he was put in. Now he has three dad's fighting over him. Can't lie... I laughed when Kreese called him "Son" In front of Daniel and Johnny. The hurt on their faces, and eyes was Everything! It made me excited for season 4😁
