2024-05-06 16:18:52 +0000 UTC1. So yeah the first episode is confusing but they will explain everything. They are just kinda introducing the three main characters. I am not the biggest fan of this first episode because the pacing feels so off. Totally get why the Brotherhood of Steel scenes were kinda boring. I feel like their introduction was geared more towards people who played the game. 2. The only thing they don’t explain is why it looks like th 50’s even tho there is futuristic. The simplified version is it’s an alternate universe where 50’s era culture like fashion, music, ideals, etc never went out of style. It is futuristic because the nukes went off in 2077. Hope that makes sense 3. Not only is this show extremely lore accurate, it’s actually canon. The makers of the games (Same people who made Skyrim) were very involved in the show. The show takes place ~9 years after Fallout 4 but you won’t need any game knowledge to understand the show.
