A notable difference between Juno's dad and the Park siblings is that he died a ghost, while Juno, Jenny, and Jolyne were born ghosts. I wanted to make sure that was visually clear, so Juno's dad is wearing the clothes he wore when he died (car crash in the 70's), unlike the Park siblings, who operate under the whole "you have to concentrate to keep those clothes on" corporeality thing. He also still has the injuries from his crash, since you can't change your ghost-self once you die.
