An homage to the character of Charlie Watkins from the TV series Get Smart! For those who haven't seen it, there is an episode where master of disguise Charlie is undercover as a "Pussy Cat" at a men's club. As someone with a bit of a feminine voice fetish, I love it when he puts on his "girl voice." Anyway, a clip popped up on my Youtube feed and inspired me.
