I had almost given up on ever being able to recover it, but then Neha asked about it and Joseph reminded me it was or had been on Lulu. So, after years of thinking I would need to do some serious excavation on a burned out old hard drive, I decided to look and see if it was still on Lulu and-- well, here it is!
