Sketch Commission Tier Open (1 slot)

I may open more slots in the future if the interest is there and the one slot experiment goes well for a while.
Just thought I'd let you all know, since it's a new tier!

I *REALLY* want a commission tier since I'm tired of never getting the characters I want, plus I'm sure Cookies-Cat would appreciate the extra money
