In case you don't know about it already, it's the live action adaptation of the contemporary crime/mystery danmei novel "Mo Du" (or "Silent Reading") by Priest (who also wrote the novels of both "Word of Honor" and "Guardian"). The first 8 episodes was released 2 years ago in China, but then got cancelled. It's currently airing in Japan, and so far we're up to ep 19 out of 30🥳 Don't want to say too much to avoid spoilers, but the show has been SOOO good this far🤩 and the novel is my all time favorite danmei (it's amazing and everyone needs to read it!) (Ok, sales pitch complete😅)
