I dont think there is one, but there is a brush in the individual assets pack (other brushes and paths too) Just search 'assets' and you can find it easy :))

Which pack has just plain water tiles without other assets on them like in the Elysia map? Maybe it's one I haven't downloaded yet...off to download more!
