Plop this map down into your world and make up a backstory for it! I made mine based on the two rivers:
In my world this city is called Ozios, the capital of the Jade Empire. The two rivers running through are said to have formed when a great silver dragon, called Enmiron died in the mountains, defending mankind and its people from the terrible terror of Vrathor, an ancient red dragon. The streams are said to be the tears of the dragon, that opened the two springs that feed the two rivers.
