Hey y’all! Apologies for my sudden hiatus. I work in retail management and this past holiday season absolutely whooped my ass. With all of my regains happening so fast, I was struggling to keep up with work, and I became overly exhausted with no energy for anything else. Fuck 😅 I definitely wasn’t expecting a bounce back like that lol. My appetite has been back so I’ve been eating good the last few days, but I’ve been skipping the heavy cream to not over do it and let my body ease itself back into overdrive haha. Well I guess this is a sign it’s ready for more 😈🐷
