In Judaism, it's customary to leave rocks on someone's gravestone when you visit it. It's likely something Willow's been doing since she was a kid. Precog is short for precognitive. Precognition is a fancy word for seeing the future. Also, "Cassie" is almost certainly a reference to Cassandra, a character from Greek mythology cursed to see the future. Google was fairly new when this episode aired, so Xander is at least somewhat justified in not knowing what it is.
