This is my first time watching, but I'm pretty sure they aren't replacing Giles. I'll have to do some research. I'm consulting old TV Guides to find out what I can about late 90s television shows about vampire slaying. Perhaps there's some spell or magic amulet than can get him reinstated as Buffy's Watcher.

Eliza, who plays Faith, was underage at the time of filming so her time was limited on set and that’s why you feel like she’s there then isn’t episode to episode. She’s considered as a recurring character. Can’t wait to get into the meat of the season! We’re so close now. Buckle up!
