I also decided to cut a little Orozco's hair so she looks different, her expression is also way less cold than we usually seen her in the comic.

One of the things that make you wonder exactly how the Consortium as this time couldn't cure a disease, it was something I was also thinking... but Cancer and genetic diseases might still be difficult to heal, specially when not diagnosed in time.
Laura just had a mysterious disease.
Orozco is also getting affected with everything now, she's conflicted about Laura, after spending time with her. She might realize "anthro" Laura isn't her real daughter, but she was created from her, share a similar personality, same voice and maybe other things that she wasn't prepared to face.
a xeno that's probably the most "human" of them all, mostly because of the way she was raised.

2024-03-25 14:26:54 +0000 UTCThis scene makes me think of that movie with Steven Hawkins when they couldn't cure his body, yet was able to continue on his research as a scientist, despite his lack of physical mobility. Yet the past scenes make it look worse than that.
