Aden couldn't really do much, between going frenzy-mode and being busy with the killer VWALLY-80 robot, it was too late when he realized what was going on.
in the original comic this fight against the robot was "KEY" aspect of the comic for me, I mean, it was hugely important for me, as it was one of the reasons for me to "carry on" with the comic itself, as I envisoned this fight and wanted it to show Aden being ridiculously endurable against it.
this fight it's a directed differently, it still shows how strong Aden can be against bullets and how fast he can be, I'm not sure if this fight he endures the same ammount of damage he did in the original, but in this version he goes frenzy after the firsts hits, then he basically over the robot doesn't take any damage.
one of the things that wasn't much clear in the original is the fact that Aden tried to attack the robot and break his hands/paws in the process, but since he can't feel pain under this state, he just continue.
since this fight was so important for me, I decided to make it part of the ending, and as I did in the original, I tried to put "clues" in Aden's dreams about how the future events would happen.
this remake is getting to it's conclusion, there are a few weeks ahead of us... but even then, Derideal is still far from over.
