This is the exoskeleton design I came up with.

I'll post the finished "reference sheet" once it's done, but these are the pieces.

I'll upload these just in Patreon for now.

designing an exoskeleton like this is kinda difficult, compared to an armor suit... mostly because it's such a pain to come up with a way to do the "articulations"

and get something that's at least in fantasy posible, also my goal was to draw something that could be simplified later if draw several times.

one of the weak points of designs like this one, is that it would be a pain to draw several times, for example in a comic book... but they look great in concept! (maybe stuff to use in 3d enviroments)

still, I tried to make this one somewhat in-between, so I could possibly use this as starting point sometime.
